What is your minimum cut?

Our minimum cut is 50cm. If more than one unit of a fabric is ordered then it will be cut as one continuous piece.

How much fabric is in a Moda charm pack/jelly roll/layer cake?

A charm pack contains forty-two 5" x 5" squares, the equivalent of approximately 24" (61 cm) cut from the bolt.
A jelly roll contains forty-two 2 1/2" x 44" strips, the equivalent of approximately 2.75 yds (2.5 m) cut from the bolt.
A layer cake contains forty-two 10" x 10" squares, the equivalent of approximately 2.75 yds (2.5 m) cut from the bolt.

Can I order over the phone?

We do not offer a telephone ordering service, but if you email us with your requirements we will phone you back and try to help.

How do you deliver my order?

We send orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post within the United Kingdom only. The Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, but occasional delays outside our control can mean they sometimes take up to 10 days in total to arrive.

We are not sending out International orders at this time. 

Quilts being returned from our Long-Arm Quilting Service are sent by Royal Mail's Tracked and Signed service

My order has not arrived

Our ordering system will email you to confirm your order, but please wait 7 days before contacting us about non-delivery. We know it's frustrating, but it's most likely on its way and there is a Royal Mail delay.

It's worth checking with your local delivery office to see if the parcel could not be delivered and if it is waiting there for you to collect.

If your order still hasn't arrived after 7 days and it's not been left somewhere for you to collect, please email enquiries@puddleducksquilts.co.uk and we'll investigate - if all else fails, we'll do our best to replace the items.
